By using CallsAlert you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

CallsAlert is provided free of charge as a public information service. It is not a legal, financial or investigative service, and nothing on it is professional advice.

You may search numbers and submit reports about calls you received.

You may not:

• submit reports about calls you did not receive
• submit deliberately false or misleading information
• use the service to harass, threaten or defame anyone
• publish anyone's personal information, including names, addresses, account numbers or identification numbers
• scrape, bulk-download or systematically enumerate the database
• attempt to bypass rate limits, moderation or access controls
• use automated tools to submit reports

Submitting a report you know to be untrue is a misuse of the service and may cause real harm to the person or business behind a number. We remove reports we believe to be false and block submissions from sources that repeat the behaviour.

Reports are written by members of the public. By submitting one you confirm it describes your own experience and you grant CallsAlert the right to publish it anonymously as part of the service.

You keep whatever rights you have in the text you write. We may edit a report for length or clarity, or to remove personal information, without changing its substance.

Every report is reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, edit or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish anything or to explain a decision.

Information on CallsAlert is submitted by users and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A report does not mean a caller is fraudulent or malicious. Phone numbers are regularly reassigned to new subscribers, and caller ID can be forged.

If a number belongs to you and reports about it are inaccurate, contact us and we will review them.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallsAlert is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from reliance on information published on it, or from decisions you make about whether to answer a call.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means accepting the current version.
